Flex Alarm Pro
Nearly every missed alarm comes from a phone setting that stops apps in the background. Check these in order; the exact wording differs by phone maker.
If the alarm still fails, email us with your phone model, Android version, the app version (shown in Google Play or in your phone's app info), the alarm's settings and the time it should have rung. We will work through it with you.
No. Alarms, timers and every setting work with no connection at all, and the app's own code makes no network connections. The Google Play version includes Google's billing library, which talks to Google Play to process and check the Pro purchase.
No. There is no sign-in and nothing to register. Your alarms live on your phone.
Everything is stored on your phone in the app's private storage. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in Settings → Apps → Flex Alarm Pro → Storage, deletes all of it. We never hold a copy of it, so there is no account to close and nothing of the app's to ask us to delete; the only thing we might hold about you is email, calls, texts or voicemail you sent us, which we delete on request (privacy policy, section 11). If you use Android's device backup, a copy of your alarms, timers, settings and cropped background photos may sit in your own Google account, or be copied to a new phone when you transfer your data; you manage that from your device's backup settings. Details are in the privacy policy.
It uses the Android photo picker, which lets you choose one picture at a time without giving the app access to your whole gallery. The chosen picture is cropped and copied into the app's private folder; the original is untouched.
Pro, trial and refunds
Pro is a one-time unlock, $3.99 in US dollars (Google Play shows your local price including tax). It is not a subscription. It adds the extra features, such as photo backgrounds for alarms and timers; the free app keeps everything an alarm clock needs. See the app page for the comparison.
In the Google Play version, open the app and tap "Start 14-day Pro trial". Every Pro feature is unlocked for 14 days from that tap. No card is asked for. When the trial ends, nothing is charged and the free app keeps working: your alarms, timers and any photo backgrounds you already set stay as they are, and only adding a new photo background needs Pro. The trial record is stored on that device and is not backed up, so the trial can start again after a reinstall. Once Pro is on sale on Google Play, you can buy it from inside the app afterwards.
Once Pro is on sale on Google Play, it belongs to the Google account that bought it. Sign in to Google Play with that account, install the app and open it; the purchase is restored by Google Play at no charge. If it does not restore, check that you are signed in with the same Google account you used to buy, make sure the phone has a connection for a moment, then reopen the app. Still stuck? Email us with your Google Play order number.
Within 48 hours of buying: request it from Google Play. On play.google.com, click your profile picture, then "Payments & subscriptions", then "Budget & order history"; on the order, click "Report a problem", choose the option that fits, say in the form that you want a refund, and submit it (Google's own steps, with a "Request a refund" link that starts the same form, are at Request a refund on Google Play, read on October 11, 2026). Google handles those directly. After 48 hours: email support@rejectedaltsstudios.com within 14 days of the purchase with your order number (it starts with "GPA.") and we will consider it. Approved refunds go back through Google Play to the original payment method. The full wording is in the Terms.
Once Pro is on sale on Google Play: give it a minute with a connection and reopen the app. If it is still locked, email us the order number from your Google Play receipt and we will sort it out.
Bugs and ideas
A good bug report has four things: what you did, what you expected, what happened instead, and your phone model with its Android version. Screenshots help. Send it to support@rejectedaltsstudios.com. Feature ideas are welcome at the same address; we read every one, though we cannot promise to build each.
