Android · Alarm and timer app

Flex Alarm Pro

An alarm and timer app that rings when it should. Alarms and timers work with no connection, there is no account to create, no ads, and the app sends nothing about you to us.

What it does

Alarms and timers you can trust.

  • Exact-time alarms. Set a label, the time, which days it repeats, and the sound. The alarm rings at the minute you chose, not "around then".
  • Rings over the lock screen. The ringing screen shows even when the phone is locked, so you can stop or snooze it without unlocking.
  • Volume ramp and auto-silence. The sound can start quiet and get louder, and it can stop by itself after a time you set.
  • Vibration and Do Not Disturb. Choose vibration, sound, or both. An alarm can be set to show its ringing screen during Do Not Disturb (the app asks for Do Not Disturb access for that); whether it makes a sound is still decided by your phone's Do Not Disturb settings, which allow alarms by default, and the app warns you if they would silence it.
  • Timers with presets. Save the durations you use most, give each timer a label, an icon and a colour.
  • Survives a restart. After the phone reboots or the clock changes, the app puts your alarms back automatically.
  • Home screen widget and themes with your own colours.
  • Stored on your phone. Your alarms, timers and settings are kept on the device. There is no account, no sign-in and no server of ours behind the app. The only copies that leave the phone are the ones your own Android backup makes, if you have it on: to your Google account, or to a new phone when you transfer your data.

Install it and use it. Alarms, timers, the lock-screen ringing screen, the widget and the reliability features are yours at no cost, with no ads and no account.

Trial14 days

Try Pro first

In the Google Play version, the trial starts when you tap "Start 14-day Pro trial" in the app and runs for 14 days from that tap. When it ends, nothing is charged and the free app keeps working: your alarms, timers and any photo backgrounds you already set stay as they are, and only adding a new photo background needs Pro. No payment details are asked for. The trial record is stored on that device and is not backed up, so the trial can start again after a reinstall.

How buying works. Once Pro is on sale on Google Play, the purchase is made through Google Play with the payment method on your Google account. We never see your card or bank details. If you reinstall the app or move to a new phone, sign in to Google Play with the same account and Pro is restored.

Refunds. Within 48 hours of buying, you can request a refund directly from Google Play. After that, email support@rejectedaltsstudios.com with your Google Play order number within 14 days of the purchase and we will consider it. The full terms are on the Terms page.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Google Play shows the price in your local currency, including any tax, before you confirm.

Privacy

Nothing collected by us.

Flex Alarm Pro does not collect, store or share personal data with us. There is no analytics, no advertising and no advertising ID in the app. The permissions it asks for are the ones an alarm clock needs (exact alarms, notifications, the ringing screen over the lock screen, keeping the sound playing, running after a restart, vibration, keeping the device awake, and, only if you turn it on, Do Not Disturb access) plus, in the Google Play version only, Internet, network state and Google Play Billing for the Pro purchase. The full table is in the privacy policy.

The app's own code makes no network connections. The Google Play version includes Google's billing library, which talks to Google Play to process and check the Pro purchase; Google handles that under its own policy. Your own Android backup, if you have it switched on, may copy your alarms, timers, settings and cropped background photos to your Google account, or to a new phone when you transfer your data, so they come back after a reinstall.

Read the Flex Alarm Pro privacy policy or the studio privacy policy.

Help

Something not ringing?

Most missed alarms come from a phone setting rather than the app: battery optimisation, Do Not Disturb, or a notification permission that was turned off. The Support page walks through each one, and you can always email support@rejectedaltsstudios.com.
